If the warranty repair cannot be completed in one of our coverage areas, the repair can still be facilitated through our service warranty department. We do not guarantee warranty reimbursement or payment for any work completed prior to the manufacturer warranty approval. Customer is responsible for any amount not approved under the manufacturer warranty.
